2 cups almond flour

2 eggs

2 egg whites

¼ cup honey

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Dash of salt

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 cup blueberries


Baking supplies

Food processor

Muffin tin

Cooling rack



1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Place all ingredients into the food processor and blend until smooth.

3. Fold in blueberries.

4. Prepare the muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter.

5. Evenly scoop the batter into the muffin tin. 

6. Bake for 25 minutes. 

7. Remove from oven and allow to cool on cooling rack.
