Whether you come to CIHP to enhance your athletic career, to stay in the best possible shape, to initiate a lifestyle change or recover from a chronic pain problem, we have one objective: to ensure that you leave our facilities feeling stronger, faster, healthier and more confident.
When a program is designed to fit the needs of a group, the likelihood that this will fit your individual and personal health needs is by chance. Group approaches lack effectiveness for results, and perhaps most importantly, have much greater risk of injury. We feel one-on-one training is essential. CIHP recognizes your needs as an individual. Your goals, your strengths, your weaknesses are yours. Our coaches individualize each training program to cater to the demands and goals of your body. By focusing on you in a one-on-one environment, your results will be better and will be reached faster. CIHP is committed to give you the best in physical development strategies.
Our coaches individualize each training program to cater to the demands and goals of your body.
To determine the needs of an individualized program, each client goes through an initial High Performance Evaluation. Upper body and lower body structural balance assessment is the core of the evaluation process. Importantly, our evaluation process includes a functional, clinical examination from one of our in-house doctors. At CIHP, we believe a key to injury prevention is muscle and joint balance, and this can only be achieved by first identifying what is not in balance.
CIHP uses science-based training methodologies targeted to improve an individual’s specific performance needs. Our coaching emphasizes strength and speed development through the practice of basic free weight exercises that revolves around sets and reps schemes suited for high performance. Our goal is to propose a model that will dramatically target the advancement of health and performance.
