St. Louis Cardinal and CIHP client Jake Westbrook spent his offseason doing more than just celebrating a World Series championship. Westbrook walked into Spring Training this week at 210 pounds, 20 pounds lighter than at the end of last season. Medical Director Clayton Skaggs and High Performance Director Stephane Cazeault designed a personalized nutrition and performance training program for Westbrook over the offseason and it looks to have been very successful in getting him ready for the upcoming season.
