Clayton D. Skaggs, DC is the centers’ medical director. He brings over 20 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation and manual medicine. Dr. Skaggs regularly travels to Europe, Canada and other parts of the world learning, teaching and conducting research on current treatment. He is currently Associate Professor at Logan University, College of Chiropractic, and Adjunct faculty at Washington University School of Medicine, and is on the post-doctoral faculty of five universities. Dr. Skaggs has contributed to many journal articles and book chapters and has lectured throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia, Europe and Scandinavia on rehabilitative medicine. His practice includes high school and college athletes, professional athletes and performers from the NHL, NFL, MLB, WNBA, WSPA, MISL, US Olympic team and Broadway

Stephane Cazeault B.Sc. is the High Performance Director at C.I.H.P. He received his bachelor’s degree in Exercize Science from the University of Montreal. He is a Level 2 Biosignature and Poliquin International Certification Program (P.I.C.P.) strength coach. Stephane has coached athletes from the NHL, NFL, MLB, and the AFL.

Emily Barks, DC is a Consulting Physician for CIHP. Dr. Barks received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Lindenwood University. She graduated magna cum laude from Logan College of Chiropractic. Dr. Barks is a staff physician at the Musculoskeletal Pain in Pregnancy Clinics at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. She has completed courses through the Prague School of Rehab and Motion Palpation Institute.

Jason G. Biondo, DC is a Consulting Physician for CIHP. Dr. Biondo received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology from Logan University. He received his Doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, where he graduated with the honor of being awarded the Al Chamberlain Student Doctor Award for exemplary clinical performance. Dr. Biondo is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. He is full body certified in Active Release Technique, and also holds certifications through the Motion Palpation Institute. Dr. Biondo has attended courses on performance care and rehabilitation with Stu McGill Phd, Brett Winchester DC, and clinicians from the Prague School of Rehab.

James W. George, DC is a Consulting Physician for CIHP. Dr. George received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Exercise Science from Truman State University and in Human Biology from Logan University. He graduated magna cum laude from Logan University, College of Chiropractic. Dr. George is an instructor of chiropractic rehabilitation at Logan University, College of Chiropractic and adjunct instructor at Washington University School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics. Dr. George is the senior staff physician at the Musculoskeletal Pain in Pregnancy Clinics at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. He has taught and lectured on chiropractic rehabilitation throughout the United States and Canada. Dr. George has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and co-authored a book chapter on training progressions for hockey players.

Jacob W. Stegmaier, DC is a Consulting Physician for CIHP. Dr. Stegmaier received a Bachelor in Life Science degree from Logan University. He received his Doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. Dr. Stegmaier has certifications through the Motion Palpation Institute and in head, neck and orofacial rehabilitation. He has attended courses with Stu McGill PhD., Craig Liebenson DC, Neil Osborne DC and Brett Winchester DC. He has worked with professional Squash athletes and professional dancers. He also has special interests in foot/ankle injuries and rehabilitation.
 
Douglas P. Maxeiner, DC is a Consulting Physician for CIHP. Dr. Maxeiner received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Missouri St. Louis. He receieved his Doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Mo. Dr. Maxeiner is full body certified in Active Release Techniques including Biomechanics and Nerve Entrapment. He is currently seeking Diplomat status with the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board. Dr. Maxeiner has also received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist designation from the NSCA.
 
Alexandra Bernardin B.Sc. is the Head Coach at CIHP. She has received a bachelor’s degree in both Human Nutrition and in Kinesiology at the University of McGill in Montreal, Quebec. She is a Level 3 Canadian National Certified Coach in artistic gymnastics. She has also completed the Level 2 Biosignature and Poliquin International Certification Program (P.I.C.P.). Alexandra has 15 years of coaching experience in gymnastics, competitive fitness and strength & conditioning.

Bryan Sauder B.Sc., C.S.C.S. is a Senior Coach at CIHP. He attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO where he received his Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Fitness. Bryan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has also completed Level 1 in the Poliquin International Certification Program. In addition to his training education at CIHP., he has taken courses with Andre Benoit, Stu McGill PhD and John Berardi PhD. Bryan has worked with many high school and Division l and ll college athletes in addition to executive performance clients.

Tony Soaib B.Sc. is a Senior Coach at CIHP. He received his B.E.S. - Exercise Science from the University of Missouri St. Louis. He also played varsity baseball while attending the University of St. Louis and also played one season of football at Westminster College. In addition to his training at CIHP, Tony has taken courses with Andre Benoit, John Berardi PhD and Stu McGill PhD. He has coached athletes from high school to Division I level.
