C.I.H.P. has in-house, renowned doctors and professional coaches that work together to provide performance and rehabilitative strength and conditioning programs. Each personal program is written based on our client’s lifestyle, on his or her physical weaknesses, imbalances and personal goals. C.I.H.P. is not for everyone, but can be for anyone!

The C.I.H.P. doctors and coaches have worked with athletes from around the world that have competed in the Olympics, professional athletic teams and division I programs. The coaches have attended international schools and completed many hours of rigorous testing and examinations in order to be the best in their field, to understand the human body and to be able to provide their customers with the best tailored performance programs available.

The C.I.H.P. doctors are internationally recognized as rehabilitation experts. They have extensive clinical experience working with high level athletes and complicated cases. They have studied and lectured internationally on Sports and Rehabilitation Medicine.

Clayton D. Skaggs, DC is the centers’ medical director. He brings over 20 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation and manual medicine. Dr. Skaggs regularly travels to Europe, Canada and other parts of the world learning, teaching and conducting research on current treatment. He is currently Associate Professor at Logan University, College of Chiropractic, and Adjunct faculty at Washington University School of Medicine, and is on the post-doctoral faculty of five universities. Dr. Skaggs has contributed to many journal articles and book chapters and has lectured throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia, Europe and Scandinavia on rehabilitative medicine. His practice includes high school and college athletes, professional athletes and performers from the NHL, NFL, MLB, WNBA, WSPA, MISL, US Olympic team and Broadway.

Stephane Cazeault B.Sc. is the High Performance Director at C.I.H.P. He received his bachelor’s degree in Exercize Science from the University of Montreal. A Level 2 Canadian National Certified Coach in track and field, he has also completed the Level 1 in the Poliquin Strength Coach Certification Program. Stephane has coached athletes from the NHL, NFL, MLB, and the AFL. He has also coached university level athletes in basketball, volleyball and football; as well as athletes from the Canadian Rugby Team, European Professional Basketball Association and the International Hockey League. In addition, Stephane has coached amateur athletes for triathlons, marathons, swimming, baseball, martial arts, cycling and tennis.

James R. Neuwirth, DC is a Consulting Physician for C.I.H.P. Dr. Jim Neuwirth specializes in sports medicine and performance care. In addition to his chiropractic training he is a board certified strength and conditioning specialist, medical acupuncturist, and is on the clinical faculty at Logan University here in St. Louis and McMaster University Medical Center in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Neuwirth has worked with athletes of all levels, including such recent events as the Indoor World Track & Field Games in Budapest, Hungary and the St. Louis MPM Open professional squash tournament. Current clients include players from the NFL, NHL, Major League Baseball, Olympic Track & Field, and Professional Squash. He specializes in setting up diets and training programs for amateur and elite level athletes.

James W. George, DC is a Consulting Physician for C.I.H.P. Dr. George received his Bachelor of Science degrees in exercise science from Truman State University and in human biology from Logan University. He graduated magna cum laude from Logan University, College of Chiropractic. Dr. George is an instructor of chiropractic rehabilitation and research at Logan University. He is the senior staff physician at the Musculoskeletal Pain in Pregnancy Clinics at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, the Center for Advanced Medicine and Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

Alexandra Bernardin B.Sc. is the Head Coach at C.I.H.P. She has received a bachelor’s degree in both Human Nutrition and in Kinesiology at the University of McGill in Montreal, Quebec. She is a Level 3 Canadian National Certified Coach in artistic gymnastics. She had also completed the Level 1 in the Poliquin Strength Coach Certification Program. Alexandra has 15 years of coaching experience in gymnastics, competitive fitness and strength & conditioning.

Jon Benne B.Sc. is the Senior Coach at C.I.H.P. Jon attended Missouri Baptist University where he obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training. While attending Missouri Baptist University, Jon competed as a collegiate wrestler for two years and as a student coach for one year. Jon is entering his 12th season with the St. Louis Blues Professional Hockey Club as a member of the Blues training staff. Along with the NHL Jon has worked with the NBA, NCAA, NFL, and NIFL.

Bryan Sauder B.Sc., C.S.C.S. is a Certified Coach at C.I.H.P. He attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO where he received his Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Fitness. Bryan is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In addition to his training education at C.I.H.P., he has taken courses with Andre Benoit, Stu McGill PhD and John Berardi PhD. Bryan has worked with high school and college athletes in addition to executive performance clients.

Tony Soaib B.Sc. is a Certified Coach at C.I.H.P. He received his B.E.S. - Exercise Science from the University of Missouri St. Louis. He also played varsity baseball while attending the University of St. Louis and also played one season of football at Westminster College. In addition to his training at C.I.H.P., Tony has taken courses with Andre Benoit, John Berardi PhD and Stu McGill PhD. He has coached athletes from high school to Division I level.
